When taking Buspar is it a pill that is suppose to make a person dizzy or sleepy? I haven't had any of that and just wondered how it works? And is 30mg a high dose?

hello mmllr,

I am taking Buspar at the moment and I take the maximun dose of 30mg 2x a day (total 60mg). I did feel sleepy and dizzy when I first started taking the med for a few days, or the first few days after my pdoc increased my dose. I just wanted to let you know.

You have a thread by the same name as this one already on this page.  Please continue to post in your original threads unless you have a new topic.  Thank you so much.

I think Olivia answered you question. You may want to talk with the  Physician that ordered this med as he/she is the professional.  It is always scary starting a new med.  I am sure your physician will guide you.

Take care.
