Hello everyone,
I woke around 3:30 AM this Morning cold, sneezing and had runny Nose.Turned Central heat on and made a cup of Decaffeinated Coffee before calling a Friend. She fell asleep whilst talking,so I sat down at my Desk to check mail and read.I had MSN open and a Friend signed in and directly started talking. This off-balance,Vertigo,Dizzy type feeling came over me,but I worked with it and it dissipated (sp)..I HATE when this happens because it is scary.I think it's partly Anxiety or may even be a mild Panic Attack, but also I've been slightly congested in my Nasal passages, having HEAPS of Ear problems,am stressed and worried to the MAXX!I can NOT look at moving ads (Cars and the like) on the Computer coz it makes me feel off-balance.I am in dire need to have my Eyes checked, because my current Glasses and Contact Lenses aren't correct Prescription,so not wearing them.I'm really suprised I don't have Headaches due to Eyestrain.I checked my Blood Sugar and it wasn't out of range,so it wasn't that.A Week ago Thursday Morning I had Blood Chemistry my Physician ordered at my Monday October 6 Appointment, but have yet to hear anything and am worried what my results will be.Was to have my second Grief Therapy session last Wednesday, but my Therapist was sick,so had to cancel until next Month.Just so much going on and am trying to cope as best I can.Having HA doesn't help when I have Anxiety and Panic Disorder..wrong mixture!

You are doing good.  I get middle ear problems from time to time and OTC Antivert works for me.  But if you go that route do check with Pharmacist to be sure none of your meds would interact with Antivert.

I also need new specks, I know part of mine is eye stress but I can tell I need a stronger script.

I will pray your blood labs from the 6th are normal.

Take care my friend

In a non-boastful manner,it is amazing how well I'm doing.Seven Month's ago I could not begin to dream I would be where I am Today.I'm gonna buy OTC Meclizine next time I'm at the Wal-Mart Supercenter. The only Prescription Medication I take is Xanax,so I don't think it would affect me if I take Meclizine 1-2 hours before or after.Haven't had the Hazels checked in gosh like 7-8 Years, but hopefully before long I can.I have to wear Toric Contact Lenses to correct the Astigmatism. An Aunt told me her Eyes were tired from wearing them. They are a weighted Lense..Thank you for the Prayers on my Blood feeing slightly apprehensive, but hanging in there..

You take care too

yeah   yeah Yaay for Sydnee..You are doing well and I am so proud of you. That dizziness could be closely connected to your glasses being the wrong prescription or as Kitt mentioned, and ear infection. I lost the right lens out of my driving/TV watching glasses on Wednesday and I am right out of whack with dizziness when I try to drive..or see things in the grocery aisle!! Dangit!
I'll say a prayer for you on those labs as well. Hang in there, and pat yourself on the back. You are doing great.
