I've had my ups and downs since having Amelia on July 7, 2008.
A couple days after having her I had quit smoking due to high blood pressure and was filled with anxiety and had many panic attacks in a day.  Unfortunately I started smoking again, but I feel much better.  No more anxiety.
I can travel pretty far now, but my panic attacks still strike me when I least expect them.  I went into a mall and was fine but then I went into Walmart two days later and panicked.
It's strange.
Amelia is nearly 4 months old now and weighs 11 pounds.  She's a cute lil girl with big blue eyes and happiest shy smile you'll ever see.  I love her to death and I am glad she's in my life.
My fiance is good too.
How are all of you?

Hello Twiggy,

It is so good to hear from you.  A beautiful 4 month old daughter..............I am so envious.  I am glad you love her and that things are going better for all of you.

I am fine and have had a bit of anxiety in my life but most of it has been caused but family illnesses.  I keep on trucking.

It's great to hear from you. How Amelia has grown! What a blessing that you're so thrilled to be mom to such a little angel.

I've managed to beat down a couple of food phobias in recent weeks, but still have to keep testing and exposing myself in order to stay strong against them. It's great not to be afraid of food!

It is so good to see you back here!  You've been missed.  I'm so happy that you are loving being a proud mommy.  I'm glad that you can travel farther, and understand the panic at odd times.  I'm like that too.  Some days I'm fine, and others I can't go into a store.  Keep trying and moving forward, you'll get there!  I hope you'll be back around now keeping us updated on you and Amelia!

Hi Twiggy,

It's so lovey to have you back smilewinkgrin you must be one busy yummy mummy! Amelia is a gorgeous name, does it mean anything special?

In regards to your anxiety striking, your hormone levels will take a bit of time to settle back down to normal, and sleep deprivation doesn't help!

Keep doing the things that work best for you, and congrats!! I'm jealous!
