I made a couple of videos documenting my struggle with anxiety/panic disorder, and a description of all my symptoms.  Hopefully it will help someone out there to better understand that hasn't experienced it.  Check them out here:

Hi Casey,

Welcome to A/P at HW. I thank you for your honesty and for sharing your symptoms. Many people may identify with what you are experiencing. Please ensure when posting links that you are not doing so for self promotion or breaking any of our rules here at HW. I've been to ER with many of the same symptoms and when I began suffering from anxiety many years ago I would have loved to have spoken with someone willing to share their experiences. Thank you for your input at HW.

with respect,

Hi chemlabrat:)

I like the name. I think many of us feel that way anymore with the docs pushing all kinds of pills on us, with the exception of the ones that work:) Anyway, welcome:)

Casey.  Exactly!!  As I was watching your video's it actually brought a smile to my face as I began thinking I was acutally the purson speaking in the video.  Your major bothersome symptom is actually one of my less bothersome symptoms, but still have the tingling in the scalp and extremities.  My major bothersome sympton is a constant ache in my upper chest and rib cage area as well as fluttering in the upper stomach right below my sternum.  I also get the palpations and the lightheadedness but not as constant as you.  My lightheadness will come up for half a day then I won't have that symptom for a couple of weeks then it will be back.  I get the head aches in the exact same places you do.

You are on the right track, I began having anxiety two years ago and have been in the black hole, I get better and then go back into the hole and have to begin my climb back out.  But by saying you are on track, it seems to help me to discuss my symptoms with others that experience what I feel, and don't think I am messed up on the head and crazy.

I made another video.  This is a longer video about how I was able to turn my anxiety and panic disorder around about a month ago.  I've been making a long uphill climb, but I can see a lot of progress.  Thanks for watching, and I hope this might help someone.
I had to edit out the last 2 you did as it skirts the rules my friend
Can we get to know more of you thru threads
How about introducing self
IF anyone wants to see these you have to put email addy in envelope at side
