Hello HW family :)
I just wanted to let everyone know that I completed MoodGYM, and I am officially "Certified Unwarped."  I've been sick for awhile and working on keeping my anxiety down from antibiotics, so I have not been on here as much. . . And I am honestly very confused on some of the posts where people seem to be upset and thinking nobody cares about them.  I've never received this message/feeling from the family here, and I want to let everyone know that I do genuinely care about each of you :)  I have always been very emotional and sensitive my entire life, so anyone that feels hurt, please feel free to email me for some good advice as a friend.  I would also suggest going through MoodGYM, which is a free program introduced to us by our wonderful mods.  It will help you work with the "warpy" and "scary" thoughts we all have :)  Thank you Lyn and Kitt for recommending this wonderful program to me.  It has complimented my arsenal of therapies just beautifully :)
Much Love, Hugs, Peace & Comfort :)

Dear Sam,

Thank you and I hope it is just the holiday season and the economy that is making members feel they are not cared for.  I have done my best to help members and if sometimes it  a little tough love  was dispersed with caring not to hurt anyone.

I love HealingWell but right now I am feeling a bit down and not sure I handle posts well.

No pity party, just working on med switches and not going well.

Thanks and glad to see you back .  You are a positive person. I am afraid I do have a tendency to allow my feelings to get hurt but it is my doing.
