Good Afternoon Family,
A & P is part of HealingWell, an online peer support group.  An online support community is  where you can share your fears, frustrations and even a laugh or two, with people who understand and care.   :-)
The goal of the moderators is that no one ever has to face  A & P alone. smurf

We are all entitled to our opinions including the moderators and when those differ from one another, we can show respect even if we disagree.  blush
Use good judgement when reading the posts and remember the moderators are your peers.  We have our own problems and issues, we take meds or not, we have been in therapy and we have the same feelings as all of you. idea
Remember that what's right or has worked for one person may not be what's right for you. Please know we have no professionals posting and we are not to be a substitute for your physician or your psychiatrist.
We may tell you in our opinion you should listen to your physician but if you choose not to and continue to suffer it makes us feel sad as we understand anxiety.
Meet your moderators:
You may notice the list looks adquate but we have the second largest forum falling in behind Crohn's.
Howlyncat (Lyn) and I have a total of 3 forums each)

Our Wish for you:

Let the spirit of love gently fill our hearts and homes. In this loveliest of seasons may you find many reasons for happiness.

Gentle Hugs
