Instead of being a time of unusual behavior, Christmas is

perhaps the only time in the year when people can obey

their natural impulses and express their true sentiments

without feeling self-conscious and, perhaps, foolish.

Christmas, in short, is about the only chance a man has to

be himself.  ~Francis C. Farley~

It is Christmas Eve Day, blessings to all of you.

Question for today:

Do I listen to my Heart?

Probably too much. This can be a good thing or a bad thing. My heart guides me.

Happy Christmas Eve and Good Morning :)

I emotionally listen to my heart really well (and physically listen during an attack, lol :) Anyway, I've always been fairly perceptive of all things around me and I tend to think with my heart. I used too be way to sensitive when I was younger which of course changes as a person grows older usually.

I know my heart is telling me now that I'm on the right path and that I love and respect myself :)

It's great to feel this way now. . . I came a long way and wish all you the same happiness in life :)

im not sure that i do anymore... i used to and that lead to me being hurt and lead me to poor decision making- i guess it depends entirely what the context is. i wish i could let my guard down, follow my heart and throw caution to the wind... maybe a new years resolution? lol

Love to you all at this time,

Maz XX

Yes, I listen to my heart.  SOmetimes it's easier to hear than others (pounding!) Ha!   I am pretty emotion driven so my heart talks to me all the time.

I do listen to my heart, but sometimes the mind has other things it wants to do. But usually I am a person who follows my heart.

I think I have like... split personalities.... I'll look at a tragedy or something... and feel sorrowful... mournful... but at the same time... distant and cold...

It's weird...

Most everyone can feel multiple emotions at the same time Celey. It is very natural but you can feel all you emotions magnified when you have anxiety and that is when a person might devolop phobias from all them darn Scary/Warpy Thoughts :) I feel this way a lot and use my CBT to help me deal with it.

Anyway, you'll be alright here with your HW Family :) Hope you are having a Happy Holiday Season!!!

Merry Christmas Everyone, I am a little late with yesterday's roll call question. Sorry about that. I like to follow my heart. I hope you all have a very nice Christmas day.
