Once again the holidays are here, family and friends gather for those of us who celebrate. We here have figured one of the best ways to ease stress at this time of the year, is to plan ahead if you can.If you cant leave it up to someone else, lol, but seriously make sure you have enough refills on your meds in case you cant get a hold of your doc so you dont go without and have to wait, untill doc comes back to the office. delegate chores to others who will be gathering , maybe at your home and try to ease the burden of a truly happy time but perhaps a stressfull time. Happy holidays to everyone and big hugs to u all. Racer x . smurf
