Dear Gem,

This is the Anxiety and Panic board not a chat room.  If you have a issue you would like to share with us the members will get back to you and post their answers in a timely fashion.

I hope you join on forum as it is set up to be.

You have been on here before.

A few posts deleted due to offensive language and behavior towards moderator and members.

3. No posts that attack, insult, "flame", defame, or abuse members or non-members.   Respect other members of the community and don’t belittle, make fun off, or insult another member or non-member.  Decisions about health and well-being are highly personal, individual choices.  "Flaming" and insults, however, will not be tolerated. Agree to disagree. This applies to both the forums and chat.

13. Do not disrespect moderators.  Be respectful in both the forums and any private communications with moderators.  Moderators are volunteers that donate many, many hours of their own time to help in the forums and chat rooms.  Violations of this rule will not be tolerated.

17. No irrelevant or off-topic posts. Posts which are not relevant to the forum topic may be deleted at the moderator's discretion.

Gem_UK,

You were already informed by our wonderful moderator Kitt that if you would like some help to please tell us what is going on.  I don't know what is going on but you can't speak to other members that way.  This is a family forum and the rules have to be respected.

Gem_UK,

Sorry to hear how desperate you are. I suffer of anxiety and panic attacks also. I am new to this forum and I just saw that there is a chatting place here. Try to relax and breath in slowly through your nose and then out though your mouth. Hope you feel better and do not isolate yourself. Talk, ask, and try to control yourself.

Gem its better to vent out whats going on with you, rather than just spam and ask for spam replies. Getting to the root of your problems are much better than trying to cover them up with inane psychobabble.

4. No advertising or links to advertising or "Spam" is permited (including signatures).

  • Advertising or Spam is defined as posting a link for the purpose of selling, soliciting or promoting by someone that has ownership or other "vested interest" to the web site involved, including efforts to promote other online forums or web sites by web site owners.
  • If you are a web site owner and have a link that fits into this category that you want to share, please submit it to our resource directory and we will review your submission.
  • Posts and links about fundraising (including nonprofit fundraisers) are NOT permitted.
  • Only links to personal home pages are allowed in signatures and member profiles. Links must be appropriate and abide by rules #1-4 or they will be removed.
  • Links to helpful web sites (commercial or otherwise) are allowed when they are posted by someone without any "vested interest" AND whose purpose is NOT to solicit, advertise, promote, fundraise, etc.

Please take out your signature until you get permission from the administrator.  Thank you so much :)

i hope you all do well. i wont come here again.
i guess you have to be a yank to fit in here.

Yeah...No.

Im an Australian and i know how to conduct myself like an adult on a peer forum board. Your comments are needlessly sarcastic. If you dont like it here, then dont post here. simple.

Good Morning Family,

Wow, I missed the whole thing but it is good to know the members of this site are wise and wonderful and stand up for keeping our forum safe.

Welcome to all who have joined the forum overnight that I have not yet met.

Support groups are a place for people to give and receive both emotional and practical support as well as to exchange information. People with health conditions, as well as their friends and families find support groups to be a valuable resource and get confirmation that their feelings are "normal", educate others, or just let off steam. IMHO joining a support group is joining a family.

I will bump up the new member thread for the newbies to post their introductions into as we are glad to have you and would love to hear a bit about you.

Again Welcome

Kitt
