You are not crazy. I agree with Meg and Kitt about
the GAD and Health Anxiety. I go through this myself and have been working CBT which really helps me and lots of others on this forum :) Going through so much in your life right now would make anyone feel anxious and you will be okay :) I also understand about
the hot flashes and faint feeling also. It is lack of oxygen from not breathing properly. There are links in our resources at the top of the page that have all these techniques we have been describing :)
You are in good hands here. I'm sure some more folks will be on here to give some excellent adivice.
