I agree with both Nikki and Aries about CBT plus learning some relaxation/meditation. We have the links to free stuff you can learn right now in our resources thread at the top of the A/P forum page. The link is below :) I also feel that those super sensitve sensations take time. I have read several sources that say that high anxiety and panic is brought on mostly from Physical, Mental and Emotional Exhaustion. . . Of course whom doesn't go through this at certain periods of their lives? Just start taking care of your body and give it the exercise and nutrition to help it heal itself :)
