Hi friends, I heard about this program that helps you with your anxiety and depresion and help you to taper from your medication. Have anyone here tried this program.

never heard of it

don't taper off meds unless consulting your doc or shrink first! A program does NOT understand the specifics of your situation!

Hi , Im gill. I am fairly new to this site and I saw the link before it was taken off...A big no, no. haha! Dont stress! Welcome to the group and I know you will meet and gain so much from this sight. I do have to agree with TG about consulting your gp before going off anything. In saying that I have done it myself in the past with some sucess and some bad outcomes. Good Health and Happy feelings! gillxx

Sorry, my intention was not to promote the program, I just wanted to know if someone here knew about it, and nooooo, I am not planning to stop taking the medication at once, I know it has to be done with your Dr. supervision and veeeery slow. That program was created by certified mental professionals. I saw the post about Inositol and that's why I though I could ask about that program.
Sorry again, I am member of other sites and some apply this rules and some don't. I will have that on mind.
Thank you,
Cris

Hi badfish, did you read all the posts. I don't know why people keep telling me not to stop taking my medication, I NEVER mentioned that I was going to do that. I posted a question, it was edited, I was told not to put any website, I understood, so I think that's enough. Please let's forget about this because I already feel bad and with all those comments I am feeling worst.
Thank you for caring, but this is not the case.
