I've been suffering from anxiety for over 25 yrs and have been to therapy a few times which helped and also read enough self-help books to fill a library.
But I finally found a book that rang some bells for me and has helped my anxiety/depression more than any other book and yes, maybe even therapy.
I wanted to share with you all in hopes it helps some of you as well
