Dear Grailhunter,

We are getting so many threads going on meds that I would really like to see the members look in the search site for threads that have already addressed these same questions.

Each person's meds are individual and everyone reacts differently.  We truly are not qualified to know if your combo can be enhanced by an idea we may have.

I understand your concerns but your physician is your best go to person re what drugs you should be on.  If you feel you need a second opinion, please do get one.

I do not want you to think I don't care but meds are a speciality and physicians and pharmacists are the experts.

Trazdone works for me.............but not you. sad

I hope you can get a combo that helps you out.

Respectfully

Kitt

I was using magnesium before bed and I think it helped me to sleep longer. Most magnesiums just cause diarrhea, but the one I use is called RelaxaMag and is very gentle. I ran out, but just reordered today because I'm thinking it was after I stopped that my sleep deteriorated.

Kitt, I've found physicians to be rather ignorant about Rx interactions. But thanks for pointing out that we could do a search here.

I did find some useful sites by searching the web and some threads of peoples experiences there.

Thanks Korissa for the input. I will look up that form of Magnesium since it is true that I cannot achieve the dosage level I am looking for without Diarrhea.

Kitt, what can I say but your partialy right. I would delete the post, but once its answered, I can't delete it. Feel free to do so though.
