I am so sorry that you are going through so much anxiety right now. I've been where you are, and as I read your post it was exactly what I would have written a few years ago. All the same symptoms, constantly having some physical sensation that was scaring me, and awful mornings.
I agree that looking into cbt is a great place to start, it has given me my life back. There are some good sites on the web, if you search for cbt. I also learned alot from books by Claire Weekes, though there are many other books out there that are great as well. I hope that you will keep posting here, the support from others who understand what you are going through is one of the best "medicines" there is!
