when you take and something new happens than you like want is this and it could be the simplest thing,i think i have essential tremors, but i also had a bad head injury when i was little that could be causing , but then there are some things that don't match to it. i don't have a family history of parkinsons are essential tremors, so i don't know , still no insurance, the company we were going with ripped us off by lying about what they covered and kept our 100$ deposit. i know i have anxiety but, i have shakeyness all over head to toe, and now my jaw is making my teeth chatter a little at night, sometimes i am so scared, and i feel so alone sometimes. achyness in my muscles, when doing work, liver problems, i don't drink, and so on confused

Oh, machelle, I'm sorry the insurance company mistreated you so. I know you were counting on that coverage to start.

I don't know anything about the physical symptoms you're describing, but I think there are some folks on here who do. They'll probably be along soon to reply.

Try to resist the urge to diagnose the symptoms yourself. I know that's got to be really hard right now when you feel like there's no other source of information. But from my own fights with health anxiety, I know I only feel worse, physically and mentally, when I freak myself out about having something dreadful. That wound up tight feeling is hard to endure for very long, and you may have to be patient just a bit longer than you had expected, my friend.

I remember that you live in a pretty rural area, but are there any free clinics or health services that you could turn to for at least some answers?

Hang in there, sweet friend.

Machelle: you said  'i know i have anxiety but, i have shakeyness all over head to toe, and now my jaw is making my teeth chatter a little at night, sometimes i am so scared, and i feel so alone sometimes. achyness in my muscles, when doing work, liver problems, i don't drink, and so on confused '
Know that you are not alone. All of us on this board have walked down a path similar to yours just varying by degree. The safe thing to do is to assume that all of your symptoms are anxiety based until a medical professional (this is not medical advice)tells you otherwise. I have been down your path which I used to refer as symptom of the week. It is very real to you and that is something that people who have not experienced the roller coaster ride of anxiety and panic just don't get. I do. Here's an idea idea ....Everytime that you get a symptom which appears to have dire consequences for you..challenge it with cognitive therapy ( a great resource for that is The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook by Edmound Bourne). Ask yourself. "If the worst is true, then how can I deal with it?" The shift from why to how is wonderful for lowering anxiety. We care about you so much on this forum. Know that we are here for you.

Hey Machelle,

I am sorry to hear what you are going through. Hopefully we will have a better future with the insurance companies, but until then do you qualify for a free clinic? It can be a lifesaver for the tight budgets right now, and many more people are eligible for help more than ever before.

Take care and healing thoughts to you!

My youngest daughter does the shaking all over and her teeth will clatter when she's in the dentist chair. She gets so nervous! You need to find a free clinic or go on medical if you qualify. This will ensure that your questions are answered and you'll feel better. Look in the yellow pages or start calling city agencies to find out what you can do about medical insurance.
