I'm glad you had a good start to the day. The frustration of feeling it slip is pretty common to many of us here.
I find that running errands and taking care of other tasks is a two-edged sword for me. Sometimes, doing those things really helps me distract myself from other stressors in my life, and it's a good thing. Other times, the "busy-ness" of the errands cranks up my anxiety, especially if I feel hurried and feel that other people are slowing me down. One thing my therapist and I talk about
a lot now is not overloading. I try to put too many things on my to-do list, and that's a sure trigger for my anxiety.
I'm sure others will be along soon with their thoughts.
