Im sure everyone here is so Happy to help...I know with myself, somedays I'm just not up to giving any adavice or sharing my feelings or stories....sometimes many stories really upset me because it reminds me of my black time in my life....I want to help all the time but I too find it hard sometimes. I'm sure I can speak on behalf of everyone on this site That you will always be welcome!!! ...Stay strong and say hi or have a cry anytime! We are family. gillxx

good Morning Twisted.........

Right now you are in a place where you need to get better in order to be able to post a lot to others. I see you supporting many people with you comforting comments to others feeling down.

Support groups are a place for people to give and receive both emotional and practical support as well as to exchange information. People with health conditions, as well as their friends and families find support groups to be a valuable resource and get confirmation that their feelings are "normal", educate others, or just let off steam. IMHO joining a support group is joining a family.  We do know where your coming from and what your going through.

Remember what goes around comes around.

You are a valuable member of our family J

Yep, you are always welcome here! I get lots of help on here, too. It's wonderful and it helps knowing I'm not alone.

Hi there!

You may feel like a mooch, but you're not. That's what this site is for - help and advice. Sometimes you need to be on the receiving end, but don't let your anxiety add guilt about that to its nasty recipe.

Besides, when I reply to somebody else, it does make me feel better, and valued (and I bet others feel the same when they do it), so you're doing us all a good turn!
