Wow! I could not imagine living near a volcano Cowboy, and I've never heard of an alert before. . . as long as Yellowstone does not blow it's top anytime soon. That would have to be pretty wild to experience up close and personal. I hope that you and your family will be safe my friend!

I think Cowboy must have worn his mankini and angered the fire gods...I'll be watching for smoke signals in case we have to fire up the flying carpet and rescue you. Actually a trip out your way might be nice..it's 44.5° here today and no break in sight..

oh the horror.. im watching the tennis and they are all passing out in melbourne and conceding games due to heat exhaustion- its stinking hot up here too. no relief thats for sure. on bushfire alert as well. not quite as exciting as a volcano, cowboy!

i go back to work tomorrow, and im FULL TIME. OMG i have to get myself together and keep this body going.. sheesh thats gonna be a mission.. but i will do it. i wish my classroom had air-con- or at least a bloody ceiling fan or two... at this rate, if it stays this hot, im putting on movies and not making the kids work- they shouldnt have to in 40 degree plus heat. ridiculous.

loves you all!

I think I been hit by more volcano's starting out with Mt Saint Helen's back in Washington State in 1980 and now I been hit with so many around here, I think we have around 7 or 8 volcano's right around here lol

Earthquakes!!!!!!!!!!! jessss all the time, we had a good one last Friday, I was just siting in the truck and thought one of the shop guys was rocking the truck lol

Hay Maz and Meg, I think we are about 5 degrees celsius but for you girl's are hitting around 115 degrees F just don't know how you can deal with that kind of heatwave, I die when we get into the 70's F

Just had my MRI done today and 2 more tests to go, YA

  Cowboy up

Cowboy, stay safe! I can't imagine worrying about volcanoes. We have the earthquakes to contend with but at least they're few and far between. I wonder if the earthquake you just experienced has anything to do with the volcano? Good luck with the tests and let us know what happens with your volcano! Carol
