We are often hard on ourselves. Its a part of AP, that we beat ourselves up and expect too much sometimes. So i am challenging you today to write something positive about
YOU as a person. It may be hard, but you can do it. We all are special in our own ways. Here i go:
I worked today in a tough job in a horrid heatwave and i didnt give in when i woke up and call in sick- i went and did my job even though im sick and even though i felt nasty at work, at least i made myself go. so today, i was responsible. im not always ultra responsible, so its nice to write that about myself.
Now how about you? You can do it!
