Please help me, I'm feeling like I'm having an anxiety attack!!!!

So here is the situation,
I'm a undergrad student majoring in psychology at ASU, and currently, I feel extremely anxious about a test that i'm having on tuesday.
The major reason for this is because last semester i took a class, I got a B+ on it and got dropped a letter grade because I pretty much turned in an extra credit paper of which part of it was admitedly plagiarized. The teacher was nice enough to drop me a letter grade since I was a good student, I feelt like a horrible person and I apologized to her... since then, Ive learned my lesson, and I feel very very very overwhelmed by school for some reason, Like I feel some sort of obsessiveness towards it and anxiety about testing in general, ever since yesterday 've been feeling anxious non stop, I went to the review session today for this test in which it will all be open questions, 25 to be exact, note that this class is only based on tests and even though I've bread my readings and have a general idea of concepts, I feel like I have to know everything, and get A's, since my gpa was affected by that C...
I know I'm making this a huge deal over one test, and i'm graduating next semester so i don't want to drop it.
because I might have to take another class during the summer.
I just want to know how can I stop this, this is getting way too overwhelming, I can't stop being anxious....

I work 30 hours and i'm taking 4 classes this semester...

Hi there,
It might be an idea to talk to the doc about it...I know beta blockers can be used for this type of anxiety, uni students before an exam, etc.  They slow the heart rate down without dopeing you up.  Express your concerns to the doc!  Goodluck and please let us know how you go.  gillxx

In my opinion you don't need meds. You are anxious for a logical reason and that's ok sometimes. If I were you, I would try to use all of your anxous energy to your advantage. Study for your test as much as you can, give it your absolute best effort and then let it go after its done. It sounds like you've only had one C grade, no failing grades, so chances are you will get through this class just fine.

Welcome to HealingWell.  My best advice is to study and get all your work done on schedule and then go into the test knowing that the info is in your head and just let it come out.  Whenever I am taking a test of any sort I set up a study schedule and I stick to it, if I miss time somewhere in studying I make it up on another day.
The night before the test I will do a quick review and then close the book and do not try to out guess what is going to be on the test. 
I also do not listen to the chatter going on around me re the test, the questions and what people answered after they are through with the test..............I block it out as I know I have my info in my head and I am not going to try to do a quick learn from someone who may not have studied as well as I did.
Leave what happened in the past be and just do your best...........that is all we can do.
Stay in the moment and know you will do well.  I sense this will be a good outcome for you. :)

Everyone has mentioned some very good advice... You can do this, dude. :)... I'm in college right now myself... but I have never once freaked out about a test/exam... because I know it won't do any good. You just gotta go with the flow.... do your studying... :)
I think I am being picked on by life, sometimes. But's that okay. Life and I are good buddies... I know life doesn't mean no harm. It just is the way it is. I can accept that.
