Does anyone have any good recipes that are healthy and cost effective?
Would be nice to have something different to help heal our anxiety and bodies. . .

Here is a simple guideline of a few basic staples that are cheap and easy to turn into a healthy meal :)
"Some foods that you should add to your diet are brown rice, whole grain cereal, wheat germ, oatmeal, baked potato, broccoli, asparagus, peanuts, legumes, watermelon, oranges, and items made from soybeans. All of these foods are high in vitamin B, meaning they will decrease your chances of having an anxiety attack or will lower the number of attacks you are currently experiencing."  Courtesy of AnxietyStopper

Pantothenic acid
B vitamins
passion flower

cheap meals,
kitchen thats like a ton of veggies, dried cranberries, pinepple, sometimes tuna salad

good for u foods to lower anxiety...
Tuna, sunflower seeds, black beans or yellow corn. Bell peppers, spinach, bananas, Venison, baked snapper, scallops or yogurt, Calf's liver, beans, Turkey, shrimp, fish, beans, spinach or greens.

I'm actually hungry now, lol. . . So much of this sounds good and healthy as well. Just replace Nikki's recipe with a sugar free version and that sounds great! :) I drink smoothies too Garen, but I usually use some plain, non fat yogurt with mine :) It is very good! I'll be back with a different recipe later, all I can think about is making a chef's salad right now. . . Grrrrrr. . . :)
