Yes what you have posted makes sense to me. If your daily life is causing you stress then you must take a look at what can make it better to reduce your sx and help you to be happier and healthier.
Perhaps it is time to ask yourself if you love this man and if you both want the same things?
Are you getting and receiving respect from one another?
Do you feel the two of you sustain a mutually fulfilling relationship ? If not is this something that by working together you can achieve?
Tough questions but they may be able to help you understand your feelings.
