Hello and are these new dx for you?
I am wondering how long you have had the medical problems and if you had anxiety b/4 the dx?

I am a sufferer of chronic anxiety. In the past I sought out professional help, but now use many practical methods on my own to reduce anxiety. The main objective is remembering what you are capable of doing.

Know your personal limits. One of the chief causes of anxiety is when a person takes on more than he can handle. Know your limits as to what you can do and how much you can do. It will go a long way in reducing anxiety in life. Reducing anxiety is not hard to do once a person knows how to it. The one principle to keep in mind is if you have any doubts about reducing anxiety on your own, seek professional help.

Keep talking to us and know that we care and you will find you will make many new friends here in this forum.

The GERD Forum is awesome too.  :)

I hope this helps you in some small way.

Yeah the GERD and heartburn and sinus problems are new but I have had anxiety for many years ever since I was a teen I am now 24 and over the past month my anxiety has came back full on and it all started after a chest infection. I know I can sort of calm myself down but sometimes it gets to much and again I end up in the ER room. They are actually getting fed up with me there now thats how often I have been. Thank you so much for your support kitt :) its good to know people are there with the same things that I have and that understand what it is like.
