I wanted to do without 'radiation' for a year, so went and had a sonogram of my breasts for my yearly as I've been very good about going regularly and everything has always been normal. (I'm 52). So, during my sonogram, I tell the technician (because they always ask 'are you having any pain, notice anything unusual etc) I mention that a certain area felt tender, and asked her could it be my lymph nodes. She looked and said that they looked a little enlarged, and that she would take some good "pictures' of the area. My report came back normal last July. In October, I decided to call my gyn to have a physical type exam, because I was still feeling the slight twinge of pain (nothing very hurtful). I went the first of December and he told me that everything felt normal. Still not sure, and based on his recommendation to have a mammogram, I called the end of January and got an appointment for early March. I told them everything, and my results were normal again. 3 checks within 8 months. I worry if it is something deeper, but what do you do? Go have an x-ray of your underarm?? I eat healthily and exercise, I did a whole body de-tox and I don't know what else to do. Makes sense about the adrenal glands and other things people have said. I'm glad to hear others here are in the same position - thanks for sharing your thoughts. We all need to be on top of our health.
