It's been awhile since I've posted on the message board.  I see lots of names I don't recognize.
Looks like I have some catching up to do!
I've had A/P since my early 20's (I'm now 37) and I currently take Cymbalta. It has helped a great deal, but I still have moments when my anxiety sets in.
I'm not sure if my a/p will every go away completely, but I am learning to deal with it.
I think some of my a/p has to do with my worrying mostly about little things.  My mind seems to go back and forth from one thing to another almost non-stop.   I definately need to live "in the moment" more and slow down.   yeah
Thanks for reading and I hope everyone has a good night.

Welcome back, then! :)... Love your screen name. YAY SUNSHINE! :D
I think I am being picked on by life, sometimes. But's that okay. Life and I are good buddies... I know life doesn't mean no harm. It just is the way it is. I can accept that.

Hi Mary - I like your handle...."sunshine" seems like such a positive and uplifting thing to call yourself! :-) Nice to meet you.

I deal with anxiety, too, and depression, but I've found in a short month now that this is a really supportive community, and it's helped me a lot.

Hey Sunshine welcome back! I too love your screenname. I like you suffer in much the same way with my anxiety. I am always worrying about the little things. Trying to stay in the moment, but those little thoughts like to try to creep back in don't they. Look forward to hearing more from you.
