thankyou to healing well and everyone who talked to me when i most needed it, this site got me through really tough times and it really does help :-) i hope that all other sufferers have good recoveries and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel even though it really doesnt seem like it when your going through it. but just to say thankyou.

HW truly is an amazing place isnt it? i have found more support, encouragement and helpful, practical advice here than i have with my pyschiatrist- who i still see, but HW opened my eyes to alot more ways of managing my panic and strengthened me by showing me that others understand me, and they wont judge me- HW has made a world of difference in my life and its important to give back by helping others with your experience- you never know how your words may positively affect someone in need.

Glad you found us-

It's so wonderful that a forum like this exists. It's helped me enormously too.

I'm so glad you're feeling more upbeat and able to take on your anxiety! Bravo!
