Hello again, Skysmommy. I think if it weren't the Swine Flu, you'd be worrying about
something else. From past threads, I can tell you're a worrier. It's quite common but a difficult habit to break. Your mom or dad were probably worriers and now you've learned to be one.
I want you to try something. Put a rubber band around your wrist. Make sure it's not too tight (obviously). Every time a worry or negative thought comes to mind, I want you to snap the rubber band. In about
5 minutes you'll see how often you do this worrying thing.
This is going to prove how unhealthy your thinking is. You'd be surprised how well this little experiment works. Let me know how it turns out.
