You know anxiety can really cause these sensations. Actually your symptoms describe my anxiety attacks pretty well. I am hot then cold, feel weak and dizzy, and I also have diarrhea and nausea.
Try to keep yourself hydrated. My doctor suggested taking a sip of gatorade every five minutes. Maybe try sipping some chicken broth too, that seems to help me feel better even quicker. Do you have any of the fast acting anxiety meds (Xanax, Ativan or Klonopin) available? If so, I would definetly take it. If not, you might want to talk to your family doc about

Been living with Crohn's Disease for 33 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, and Calcium and Xanax as needed.
