ok so sitting here tonite chanel surfing. Came across MTV dont even know what its called, but they  are profiling people with anxiety/ panic disorder. i have ton a say. though I have suffered through them, talked about them I have never seen another person have them. it put it in a very interesting perspective. I saw me as the people around me must see me when I have them. I a strange way it helped me see as if looking at myself and seeing how completely irrational I  get when I am in the middle of them. It's like seeing at it from the outside looking in. I  guess if you too have never seen one it would be a good show to watch. They also suggest we expose ourselves to the things that make us the most anxious. I think they call it exposure therapy. Anyway, I think you can go to MTV and look up episode hope it may help someone else get some perspective.

I read a lot of the comments and boy are some people not so smart.

I like the one about "People only get anxiety AFTER a traumatic incident". Well I have not had a traumatic incident in my life. And I suffer from panic and anxiety. Have for many many years. It can be inherited.. which mine is.

So if you don't want to get frustrated don't read the comments. =)

I agree, some of the comments were totally uncalled for.  The people that made the comments obviously have no idea how we feel when we have an attack.  It was a very interesting show.  Thanks for letting us know about it, Bo!!!
