We've had many discussions about
palpitations. As you become less afraid of them, they don't happen as much. If you do happen to have some long episodes, remind yourself that the tests were ok. That's what I tell myself. The "skipped beats" or "flutterings" are nothing more than a premature heart beat. Then your heart goes back to normal. I've noticed I can't lie on my left side and I can't have caffeine or a lot of sweets. Let us know how you're doing!
