Illnesses brings on anxiety to begin with, so when you suffer from an anxiety disorder, it just makes it worse!
The past few days I've been having symptoms of migraines, feeling yucky and dizzy, upset tummy abit too and boy, did it set my anxiety off big time. Can't remember the last time I felt anxiety like that!
Try to do some deep breathing and tell yourself you're going to be OK. Even write out with pen and paper how you're feeling.. Or, call a friend, reach out to someone. Distraction helps!
