Jeff, what was happening around 9 months ago that might have caused your panic attacks? A psychiatrist told me years ago, that our subconscious is like a bucket. Every bit of stress (good or bad) goes into the bucket. When the bucket overflows, panic attacks occur. This made sense for me due to all I've been through. Try to think if something may have pushed you over the edge 9 months ago.
It's now time to learn some coping techniques. I don't know if you've read any of the other threads on here, but they're very helpful. You can be doing lots of things to help yourself feel better. Also, if you can, try to keep the panic/anxiety attacks under wraps around your kids. Sounds like they are worrying about you and that isn't good. Your daughter sounds very cute!
Keep coming on here and letting us know how you're feeling. Relaxation techniques, books and changing your diet help tremendously. Begin a journal and see a therapist. You will feel better! Hang in there!
