Hi everyone hope all is well with all of you. I'm doing ok just a little anxious I took the big dose of seroquel last night i slept pretty much most of the night woke up a few times. I was so scared to take that much i was still feeling sleeping this morning so i went back to sleep for a little while. Anyway i'm hoping today will be a good day for me. I did have some bad dreams which brought up some memories of the past i'll talk to my therapist about those. The depression was pretty bad yesterday and I can feel it today also it helps some to come on here and post and have you caring people post me back helps me feel like someone actually does care. Well thanks for listening to me ramble...April

Hi April! I'm new here so we haven't had the opportunity to chat yet so I thought I would post to your discussion. I'm assuming that you have trouble sleeping due to anxiety? Have you ever tried chamomile yea? It can be an effective tool to help you sleep at night as it has a calming effect on the body. Also, do you have daily plans? Things to do every day that keep you occupied and that you enjoy?

Hey, April! Jen gave you a good suggestion of the Chamomile Tea. Was this your first dose of the med? Hang in there. It takes weeks for some of these meds to work but I can guarantee it's worth it when you find the right one. I hope you have a better day!
