Every day my heart races and/or skips beats. I usually lay there and let it happen. Or, I might write in my journal or go out by the pool and sit. I remind myself that my heart is healthy, I've had all the tests.
My heart races every morning because of my thought process. I'm working on changing that. Stay calm when it happens. A healthy heart can withstand 220 bpm. Remind yourself that it is harmless and temporary. Keeping yourself busy will stop the racing. Let us know how it goes!
