Hello all.
My apologies for not posting recently. I have been in the process of attempting to gather myself. On Thrus I went to the infectious disease doctor regarding my fever that has now been going on for over 4 months. He done some more in depth blood work and will be letting me know the results this week, along w/ an ordered CT of the brain.
On Friday I went to have the ultrasound performed on my right breast where my OB found a lump. After alot of stress and hard times that day I eventually got in touch w/ my OB doctor because the doctors at the radiololgy place refused to give me an info. Nevertheless it is Fibroadenoma, a tumor, that at the present is non cancerous. They will have to check it every 3 months from here on out. Also she informed me that my pap smear came back abnormal and is going to be doing a biopsy on it in August. So I am quiet nervous about that.
Things have not been going as I would like, nor has any of this helped my anxiety, but at this point I feel like I can't do anything else about it, I'm exhaused and what is going to be will be.....Thank You all again.

Ouch, I am so sorry you are still struggling with no answer to what is causing the fever. Hopefully this week you will get your answer.
I am glad your lump in your breast is not a cancerous one.  Might I suggest you post any questions you may have re lumps in your breast in the Breast Cancer forum.  The members there have tons of knowledge and I am sure someone has been in the same position as you are and can give you info and guidance.
As for your Pap, remember to stay in the moment and also many millions of women yearly have to have a repeat pap with biopsy.  I had a biopsy on a routine visit one year and as soon as the GYN started telling me she saw something she wanted to biopsy I was stunned but as you said, what will be will be so I just went with it. I am in know way down playing your right to feel anxious.  ((((((((((hugs))))))))
It turned out to be a negative biopsy so whatever the GYN saw was not confirmed by the pathologist.
It is good to see your post here and know you are in my prayers.
I wish you peace,

Wishing you peace and patience while you're waiting for doctor's appointments and results. I'm so glad the breast tumor is noncancerous. I too had an atypical pap last year and had to have it redone in 3 months - all was fine, and I hope you will be too.

Hey there! Personally, I would have the lump removed. I just wouldn't want to have it checked over and over and worry about it. It's non-cancerous which is wonderful, but if it bothers you, do what Kitt suggested. Find others who have gone through this and see what's best.

Your next pap will go well. Many, many women have to go through more than one pap smear because the first was abnormal. Hang in there and stay positive!! Your blood work has shown nothing bad and that's a good sign.
