Panic Attack Today
I have recently started experiencing Panic Attacks but as yet not whilst driving.
Mine seem to occur when I am at work ,shopping ,out with friends or at the cinema.
I have kept away from medicines and am trying various alternative methods.
At the moment when an attack arrives I find a quiet spot , take deep breaths and visualise something good that has happened in the past or a really warming experience.
This seems to help me,let me know if it is of any benefit.
I am still reading up on this subject and trying different methods.
If I come across anything else I will let you know.
