Any suggestions for getting some sleep? I haven't slept in a week and can't stand it! I know I'm fearing sleep and bedtime. about
an hour before, I start to feel panicky. Since I've had attacks in the middle of the night lately, I'm fearful of sleep all together.
Restarted taking Melatonin
Hot milk with cinnamon
Tapping (just started this technique so I'm not sure if it's working)
Curling up with a heating pad on my sore muscles before bed
Any other suggestions???? I'm exhausted!!!!
