I have done med switches many times and the trick is to have patience.  I know not that is not easy to do at all.  The trial-and-error period while you try various antidepressants can seem like a lifetime but never give up hope.

Take care,

I had to come off of Celexa recently, was causing more problems than it was helping.  My Dr. put me on Buspar.  I have only been on it a little over a week, so it is too early to tell but I have not had any bad side effects and in some areas I can already tell I am feeling a bit better.  I have been on the "Med-go-round" for a while.  I am very sensitive to anti-depressants, so Dr. thought just addressing the anxiety may in turn help the depression, my depression is far less bothersome tha the anxiety.  If is all a "give it time" thing.  Hope your new med works out for you.
