So my doctor gave me a trial to start Ciraplex.  Now of course, I am having anxiety over whether or not I should be trying medication or trying other alternatives first.  Gah!
He gave me the Beck invantories to do for anxiety and depression.  I am supposed to fill them out now and then in a month.  I think I would have felt better if we discussed the now part before he prescribed the meds... he just sent them home with me.  Maybe I should go back and talk to him again.

Well obviously the doctor saw that you needed this medicine. My personal opinion is why not give a try?

Hello and I am with Nanners on this one.  It maybe good for you to take the medications.  If it helps you deal with the anxiety then it is a good thing.  Don't overthink it and start worrying about side effects.
The work sheets are a good tool to see how you feel now and then how you feel after you have been on the med for 4 weeks.
Of course the final decision is yours :-)

Thanks for the advice/support.  I came to the same conclusion and am giving it a try.
