I just wanted to add an update...I think I had a good day today. No anxiety/panic attacks, a few symptoms but they did not get me down. I tried really hard to push my health anxiety to the back of my mind and I think I am getting somewhere with it (I think). We'll know when I face tomorrow. MoodGym is great and I am glad it was suggested to me, thanks Maz and Kitt!!!
Also, I laughed and smiled (genuinely not nervously) waaay more than I did yesterday and in my book, that's progress!
