have anyone tried those exposure to internal sensation exercise?
do you have any success and how often you practise them?
I come across big problem while practising those exercise that cause dizzines,
for example, the swivel chair spinning
I find that I want to vomit due to the dizziness caused
and the biggest problem is that the dizziness feeling remain in my head for long long time after I finish the exercise
below is the list of exposure to internal sensation exercises which I am starting to try
head between legs
running in place/run up steps
maintain muscle tension
hold your breath
breathe through a straw
stare at a spot
