I feel like this is really something wrong w/me not anxiety, but I didn't know where else to post it.
I felt a little dizzy. I took a nasal spray I was supposed to take (ive taken it b4). Soon after got a wave of hot numbness, dizziness. Also was scared I'd stop breathing. What is this?

I've been to neurologist, had MRI (fine), am on nasal sprays for allergies. All this b/c my head has felt full, ringing, hearing white noise, ears feel like they close w/loud noises (sensitivity).
This new feeling tho, I've never felt this. Anyone else? I felt like going to the ER I was so scared. Could this be neurological, even tho the MRI was fine?

When I am very anxious, I unknowingly tend to breathe differently and it will cause numbness and tingling. I will feel hot and cold chills too. I really think your anxiety is out of control. Are you taking any meds at all to get your anxiety under control? I really think you need to run these questions by your doctor. Good luck!

Hello and I am sorry you have new sx.  If your anxious you may be hypervetilating and this could cause you to feel some numbness and dizziness.

I agree with Nanners and would like to see you check in with your Doctor too.  Be sure you tell him all your sx and emphasize your anxiety.

Also review your nasal spray with him. Do you see an Allergist?

It wasnt hyperventilation, but I felt that AFTER this happened.
This came from nowhere. I was a bit worried about the dizziness but then this just hit me like a ton of bricks.
I don't see an allergist but am being treated for allergies in case the other symptoms are causing it.
I clench at night, which they think may also be causing the other symptoms so I have a night guard.
I don't know what to think. I'm just scared now.
I have been seeing a pych. for a long time. I'm on Prozac, Xanax, Seroquel (small dose), Gabapentin (small dose--weaning off--I literally take 1/8 of the smallest dose). Also a very small dose of Melatonin.

I  still feel you should make an appointment to see your Physician to receive a medical screening exam instead of going in circles with the "what ifs ?".

Get checked out and when you have the results from you Doctor believe him and accept that you are a person with anxiety.  Remember Anxiety does now have us, we have anxiety.  We are the one person that can help us get better.

I am seeing my psych today and my neurologist Wed. I don't know what med. stuff to get. I've had bloodwork before, MRI, ct of my neck.
I got anxious b/c of what happened...was an immediate response. I haven't had such a rush of panic for forever. Because whatever is in my head and body really scared me.
