Hi always love, sorry to hear that your suffering, it is hard. You feel locked inside some sort of never ending nightmare, but it DOES get easier. Ive been to hell and back in the last 3 months and the end of dispair and wishing I wasnt here anymore, but it DOES get easier believe me. Anxiety is a learnt behaviour
, its YOU that is causing your symptoms, only you will be able to totally rid yourself of this emotion. Yeh it does feel like anxiety is whispering in your ear. Try and divert your mind, chat with friends have a laugh, go out, if you do have another panic attack go with it, bring one on yourself and ride the fear. Anxiety can linger for ages, but your brain will eventually file the symptoms and you will forget. But you need to fill your every waking moment with distractions, it fools the brain.
