I suffer with Fibro myself. I would suggest that maybe getting a referral to a Rheumatologist to check to see if you have any of the trigger points. They are best in diagnosing/treating Fibro.
As for the anxiety, I always get very nauseaous and diarrhea when my anxiety kicks in. But thru therapy and the occasional use of my Xanax I am now able to stop it before it gets out of hand. If I take the Xanax at the first hint, I will avoid the 3-4 bad stomach days I can get.

Crohn's Disease for over 33 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, Calcium w/Vit D, and Xanax as needed. Resections in 2002 and 2005. Also diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, and Anxiety. Currently my Crohns is in remission, but my joints are going crazy!
