Hello and welcome to HealingWell and I am so sorry for the horrible experience that triggered your aniety and panic attacks.

I am going to try to cover your fears..........first of all the BP.  It sounds like you need to have better control and I am wondering why your physician is not looking at better drugs for you?  There are many BP medications available and knowing your BP goes up to 150's over 100's with anxiety it feels to me like you need better medication control. I use a beta blocker as well as HCTZ.  Mine is just starting to climb a bit after many years on these 2 drugs and my physician is watching it and has mentioned we may need to tweak my meds.  Please do talk with your Doctor or even see an Internal Medication Physician if your Doctor does not respond to your BP concerns.
Try not to get caught up in the "what ifs" and stay in the moment.  Remember yesterday is gone and tomorrow is not yet here so don't anticipate the worse in today.  That is my motto and I sometimes have to really work hard at doing this for myself too.
How about therapy for you anxiety, have you ever been to therapy to learn ways to deal with your anxiety and help keep it at a reasonable level?
There is much help avaiable today and knowing you are in pain due to anxiety makes me feel sad.  I am glad you have reached out here.
Again, welcome to HealingWell.
