Driving and Having Trouble Breathing.

I just started having this problem when I got my licenses about 5 months ago and  I still don't know how to control it. I would get so lightheaded because i would start to hypervinalate while im driving. I just dont know how to control it can anybody help me?  Thanks :)

Focus on your breathing. Take a deep breath through your nose, count to 4 and then slowly release the breath through your nose or mouth. Keep doing this until you feel calmer and less dizzy. It always works for me. Also, try to minimize distractions around you. If you have the radio on or music on, keep it on something soothing. Don't talk on the phone while you're driving.
