I am glad I am not the only one. I am having dizziness issues very much like what you guys are speaking of. I get an episode that lasts about 30 seconds. I am totaly aleart and can still function noramly while the attack happens. The only thing is that I get nystagmys (sp) and cant focus my eyes. My balance usually isint to bad when it happens, Ive never fallen. I have been tested in so many ways I dont think I can remember them all but everything comes out normal. CT's MRI's Chaloic tests, you name it. I am just as healthy as I can get EXCEPT for the dizziness. I can work untill this is figured out and corrected. Im a pilot. Great huh?

I am wondering where the people who are having symptoms like mine live? I am on the coast in TX. I am trying to find a comone thread here to help us all. I a trying to remove alergies from the lit of possibilities right now. So if you could. Where do you live? How old are you? Any information you guys are willing to share will help us all get this narrowed down.

Please help all you can. I love to fly. It is a passion. I dont know how I am going to make a living doing anything else.

Thank you for your help.

Hello Dizzyman,

Welcome to HW and our A/P Forum. I also have went through the dizziness during the worst part of my panic, and through the great peer support here, CBT and the breathing/relaxation exercises, I now am doing much better.

I am from MO and 33yo. I suffer from allergies, but never to the extent of dizziness, and this is a symptom that some feel from the a/p. You really should check w/ your doc about this problem and hopefully he/she can help shed some light for you.

I wish you a lot of luck!
