I haven't posted in a long time. Basically I have been through very terrifying anxiety and panic disorders, along with some depression... And I've had the feeling like nothing will ever improve and I'm stuck like this forever.. But I now starting to believe that there is hope in finding happiness and relaxation..
In my case, (and I know everyone is different) I have had long hard thinks about how my behavior has been over the last 10 years, and my personality. I have noticed that sub consciously I have been very unhappy and unsatisfied with a lot of things, (friends, girls, my own accomplishments etc)... It is time to change all this... Now, it makes it very hard being depressed and unmotivated, but if you can find some special person that can pull you out of it, it can really help.. Or just something that puts a smile on your face.... something that keeps you going and gives you the drive to get yourself together! as for panic and anxiety problems, deep breaths, concentrating on the breaths, and keeping distracted is the best advice I can give.... you may find yourself thinking about the same type of things over and over, or getting songs stuck in your head a lot, this means you are stressed and you need to break the cycle by doing something different!!
Anyway, the bottom line is...... there is hope, for everyone. Just try your best.. every day... I know it's hard.. but you can do it. Please pm me or reply if you want to talk about anything in more detail!
