On the headaches thing.. I may be able to help a bit! I had reoccurring headaches for over a month, and a few things I did may help you too! If you are really angst ridden or tense; Shoulders can be held high, may not be breathing properly, and overall posture may not be so great.
Stretch! I started to do some neck stretches, a few times a day, this really helped me.
Massage? I havent gotten a massage yet, but I think it would be pretty good, along with the stretch idea it may help loosen you up!
Water! Along with your stretches and deep breathing every so often, drinking a bit more water may help!
